Paul Arrendell is a seasoned quality and engineering executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the medical device and manufacturing industries. He has held senior positions at Abbott Diagnostics, Wright Medical, KCI Medical, and Becton Dickinson, where he spearheaded global quality systems, regulatory strategies, and operational excellence. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Automatic Control Systems, Paul has built a reputation as a thought leader in healthcare technology. Recognized in Fortune Magazine, Marquis Millennium, and named among the “Top 25 Healthcare Technology Leaders of San Antonio,” he was also honored as “Top Chief Quality Officer of the Year” by the International Association of Top Professionals. Beyond his corporate work, Paul is dedicated to mentoring and public speaking, and he continues to shape the next generation of engineers through his service on the College of Engineering Advisory Board at UT Arlington.
