With a career spanning three decades, Paul Arrendell has established himself as a respected leader in quality systems, engineering, and regulatory strategy within the medical device and healthcare technology industries. He has successfully guided global teams at leading organizations including Abbott Diagnostics, Wright Medical, KCI Medical, and Becton Dickinson, where his focus on operational excellence and compliance set new benchmarks for industry standards. Paul earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Automatic Control Systems. His expertise and impact have been recognized widely, from features in Fortune Magazine and Marquis Millennium to being named among San Antonio’s Top 25 Healthcare Technology Leaders. Most recently, he was awarded “Top Chief Quality Officer of the Year” by the International Association of Top Professionals. In addition to his executive career, Paul actively mentors emerging professionals, contributes as a public speaker, and serves on his alma mater’s College of Engineering Advisory Board.
